I don’t typically talk about food, nor cook for you, but these Peanut Butter Cookies needed to be made for Saturday’s Holiday sampler. And I’m telling you, these are the best ever PB Cookies! Amazing taste, soft and so easy to make.
Before I started selling junk full time I was a high school Family and Consumer Sciences teacher, so doing a cooking demonstration comes naturally to me!
Here is the recipe for the best ever PB Cookies.
1 – 14oz. can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
3/4 – 1 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups biscuit baking mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, egg and vanilla until smooth. Add biscuit mix; mix well. Chill at least 1 hour.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Flatten with fork.
Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned (do not overbake). Cool. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
*If you watch the video, you will see that I do not follow the recipe exactly as written. You will also see that I LOVE Pampered Chef products. Here is one of my favorites.
