Good morning friends! This morning on #coffeetalk with Brooke & Hilary we chatted caffeine, reels, headaches and Hilary’s most recent Facebook Marketplace purchase. Well only kind of her purchase, she’s having a reveal and didn’t want to spill the beans, but I know what she scored!!
As I write up this #coffeetalk summary I have another killer headache! I’ve drank my morning coffee, worked out, I’m wearing my contacts and I’m not stressed, so WHY am I having headaches EVERY DAY!! Hilary can relate because she gets a lot of headaches too, but they are SO annoying. Yesterday I broke down and went to the chiropractor because I just couldn’t take it anymore, but obviously that didn’t help either because it’s back! He did say I was massively out of whack, but I must have gotten right back out of place!
I drink water, exercise, my weight is under control, I feel like I have good posture, so I do not know what is wrong with me! Matt wants me to get examined, but all I see are dollar signs because we have an HSA account so everything is out of pocket! Sometimes I wonder, no dream of what it would be like to be pain free! Ugh!
We also spent a lot of time talking about cleaning house and curtains this morning. Did you know we moved our house to its current location? We picked it up, old school style and hauled it down the road on a semi! I work mainly from my barn or shop, but I also have a little office space in our bedroom. It is all windows and a great space to work. I know having your office in your bedroom is not great for stress and sleeping, but it has no affect on me, I sleep just fine!
