Good morning friends! This morning on #coffeetalk with Brooke & Hilary you LOOSE me! Like at the end my WiFi was having issues I guess and it booted me off and wouldn’t let me rejoin! Luckily we were already 45 minutes in!
So, today Hilary tells us all about needling! If you don’t know what that is listen to her description and check out her Instagram post! They video tapped it!! Go HERE to watch. It’s very fascinating, but as we discuss, my skin would be a lot better if I simply took care of it!!
I recently visited the dermatologist and as he was digging out a corn from my big toe, he casually says, you know I can prescribe you something for your dry feet. I’m not even sure dry was the word he used…maybe it was scaly or cracked or, anyway, you get the point. And I chuckled and was like yeah, if I simply put lotion on them it would probably help! 😂😂😂
See Hilary and I are both a like in that we always have our socks on…hubby cannot sleep WITH socks on and I cannot sleep WITHOUT socks on! So basically Hilary and I both have socks on 24/7 and the short time I remove them to bathe, I don’t take the few minutes to lather them with lotion.
But since the dermatologist made a comment about them, I am trying to put lotion on every time I get out of the shower! And, it has made a difference! A lot of times we would look and feel better if we just took the time to do things that make us look and feel better! Right!
And if we did those things, wouldn’t we all feel more secure in a swimsuit! Well Hilary, again, on Instagram killed it by showing off her sexy bod in a little swimsuit reveal AND shared all of her favorite suits on her blog! The black one with some see through spots was my favorite. Which was yours?
But, we both live in Iowa and we are no where near ready for wearing swimsuits! As we taped this, Hilary was getting sleet and we had just gotten 6 inches of snow! Iowa weather is tricky, even in March, especially in March! In like a lion, out like a lamb. In like a lamb, out like a lion. Have you heard that saying? Well we were in like a cute little lamp jumping in the fields with sunshine and flowers. We started the month in the 60’s, heck we even hit the 70’s!! The little lamb and myself were loving it! But with that beautiful mood boosting weather comes single digits, ice and snow!
So, that lovely week was followed with winter weather and I’m sure we will be swapping out weather forecasts each week. Never pack your winter coat away, until maybe May!

I just recently joined HomeTalk and am slowly learning how things work! But I have had a couple of my projects sent out to all of the people on HomeTalk, so that was SUPER exciting!!
And, yes my WiFi went out while we were talking which is funny, kind of funny, because I was just talking about how I had called my provider to check on getting a new router and they said that they rent them out now or I could just buy one on Amazon. THIS is the kind they had me purchase. As we had our #coffetalk, I think mine was setting on the kitchen table waiting to be installed. It’s a 3 pack, so you put one on each floor and it’s supposed to have amazing coverage! We will see, next Thursday!
