Kid Friendly Christmas Project

My sister feels it’s really important to have Christmas traditions with her children. Since my family is often with hers for the holidays, my kids get to benefit from this. One kid friendly Christmas project we do every year is to decorate sugar cookies.

Erin uses this recipe for her sugar cookies. Add water and fat and you are good to go. Fat cookie cutters allow the kids more surface area to decorate!

The kids decorate a few cookies, that they get to eat and then the adults and older children work on the rest.

If this is making you hungry, you should try the Best Ever PB Cookies.
