This map from Chas Shober & Co. Props. Chicago Lith. Co. is double sided. On one side you have plans for towns: Plan of Shenandoah, Page Co., Plan of Bedford, Taylor Co., Plan of Avery, Monroe Co., Plan of Creston, Union Co., Plan of Afton, Union Co. On the other side you have a view from southwest Avoca, Iowa 1875. The map is in overall great condition. There is a small tear at the bottom of the map under Creston. Please see photos.
