The doctors office details include E. L. Wurtzer, M. D. Telephone: 159. Office Hours by Appointment. Clear Lake, Iowa. The hand written label reads Rubbing Alcohol External Use. The glass bottle is embossed with measurement markings. The back of the bottle says 3iv and the bottom of the bottle says Duraglass 20.5
