Modern Model Forms Collapsible Size 8 Model 2000. This dress form has a cast iron base that says Wolf Form. It does have the pedal, and spring. The back side of this one has D-99 written on it. Please see photos as the fabric on the shoulders is damaged. The bottom wire skirt does have a lot of pieces not attached to the top ring. Please see photos. As photographed stands 62″ tall. This dress form came out of Iowa State University. The wheels do have a lot of thread that need to be removed to really roll freely.
