Vintage 1970’s Witco Hand Carved Artists Easel
This listing is for your choice of a beautiful and unique midcentury easels. The hand carved tiki style is representative of Witco Furniture brand. Both of the Witco easels were from Brown’s Photography in Centerville, Iowa, a photography studio that had operated for two generations.
The one on the RIGHT is approximately 55″ tall. The bottom piece the art sits on is 17″ wide. The stand portion, or back leg, has been glued but is secure.
The one on the LEFT is approximately 53 1/2″ tall. The bottom piece the art sits on is 17 7/8″ wide. The stand portion, or back leg, has some tape around it and it appears someone drilled a second hole for it. Although when I have dismantled it I always use what seems to be the original hole.
