Vintage Blue Metal Retail 51 Clip Holder
This is a hanging retail clip display holder. The clips will slide. There are 17 clips on the first bar, 17 clips on the middle bar, and 15 clips on the last bar. So, 49 clips in all, but I believe it is missing 2 clips. These are great for all kids of displays! Handkerchiefs, post cards, photographs, ribbons, jewelry, anything!!
