Vintage Military Campaign Hat
I find this campaign hat so fascinating! Someone has written in permanent marker on the inside of the hat – $8.95 and 6 3/4. The inside band of this campaign hat reads “Hat, Service, Field” PQMD-277-H-4321 Contr. No.38889 RS-1944. The inside band also has a lace tied in a bow, and I’m assuming that has something to do with the fit of the hat. Great condition although it is missing the chin strap it probably would have came with.
