The inside of the lid says Hamilton the Skotch Kooler a Petra Cabot design. The Hamilton-Skotch Corporation, Hamilton, Ohio. Made in U.S.A. U.S. Pat. No. D170302 Pat. Pending. The handle is metal. There is normal wear and tear on this tartan plaid cooler, please see photos.
