Vintage Russian Wood Bird Of Happiness
The Russian carved wooden “Bird of Happiness” is a traditional toy, also called a “Pomor dove,” made from split wood for its “fan-like” wings and tail. It symbolizes good fortune and family well-being and is meant to be hung in a home where warm air currents cause it to gently spin.
