Vintage Tartan Plaid Lunch Box
3 available: one is Aladdin, one is Ohio Art and one is 1964 King Seeley. Each has a slightly different tartan plaid pattern & features. See photos.
Aladdin (Top) – Tartan plaid vintage lunch box is embossed Made In Aladdin Industries Inc Nashville, Tenn, USA. The top or lid is faded compared to the rest of the lunch box. This is the top lunch box in the stack and has a black handle with possibly some old white paint on it. The inside has a tag I left with 01 11 706 Alladdin.
Approximately 8″ x 7″ x 3 3/4″ not including the handle
Ohio Art (Middle) – Ohio Art tartan plaid lunch box. This lunch box has the metal handle. Hidden by the handle is paint and or leftover adhesive from probably a name tag. There is also a metal star on the bottom of the lunch box. The bottom is also hinged, but I can’t figure out how to open it. This lunch box also has a label holder on the side and air vents.
Approximately 8 3/4″ x 6 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ not including the handle
1964 King-Seeley Thermos Co. (Bottom) – The bottom tartan lunch box is A Product by Thermos, 1964 King-Seeley Thermos Co. This lunch box has a black handle. On the front in old black marker it says Elaine Enos. On the lid it appears to have another name scratched into it, Amanda Basin (just a guess, very hard to read, see photos). The hinges on this lunch box are broken. On the inside lid in marker it reads Elaine Enos 1204 Evans, Des Moines, Iowa. This lunch box has the widest tartan pattern and is the deepest of the three.
